📌 1. Refund Policy for Clients (Project-Based Services)

At Clinchsoft Technologies, we believe in fair and transparent business practices.

 

  • If a client cancels the deal before the project has started, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

  • If the project has already commenced, 50% of the total project amount will be refunded upon cancellation.

 

All refunds will be initiated through the original payment method and processed as per our standard refund timeline.

📌 2. Refund Policy for Internship Candidates

At Clinchforge Technologies, we prioritize transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before proceeding with enrolment or payment.

 

1. Refund Due to Company-Side Issues

If you face any issue from our end, including service disruption, incorrect access, or non-delivery of the committed program or service, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded on the same day.

2. Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons

​

If you choose to cancel your application due to personal reasons, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the paid amount, which will be processed on the same day after confirmation of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method used at the time of enrolment.

  • While the refund is initiated on the same day, the final credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
